Six to Start now part of the OliveX family
I’m happy to announce that Six to Start is joining the OliveX family! OliveX is a digital health and fitness company based in Australia, best known for its KARA Smart Fitness Mirror.
First things first: our acquisition by OliveX doesn’t change anything if you play any of our games, including Zombies, Run!, ZR5K Training, and The Walk.
We’re 100% committed to improving and extending our games, and we’re very much looking forward to the launch of Season 9 this Spring, plus Jack and Eugene’s World Tour virtual race – along with a brand new 15-part story set in the Zombies, Run! Universe later this year, and a whole host of New Adventures that go beyond zombies. And Naomi Alderman, co-creator and lead writer of Zombies, Run!, is still going to be here to guide us through the zombie apocalypse!
We know how important our games are to millions of people around the world, and we intend to keep making them as good as they can be. I will be staying on at Six to Start as Executive Director, and we don’t plan to make any changes to our brilliant team here or our network of amazing actors and writers.
At the same time, I’m really excited about the new opportunities this change brings. With the scale and expertise in AI and premium content that OliveX brings, we’re looking forward to expanding into new markets around the world and new kinds of gameplay; not to mention continuing our history of fun brand partnerships like the adventures we made for Call of Duty, Audible, and British Science Association!
